Clear the space.
Keep value moving.
01
Reliable household and commercial waste removal
Renovations, office changes and property clear-outs can leave bulky items occupying valuable space. The team handles heavy lifting, stairs, loading and transport so clients do not need to arrange a skip or repeated trips themselves.
The service can assess furniture, old bathrooms, shop fittings, catering equipment, garden waste, desks and chairs, display units, freezers and many other declared household or commercial items.
02
Reuse and recycling before disposal
Tell us whether usable items should go to a charity shop, community organisation, resale route or another chosen destination. Where practical, furniture and materials are separated for reuse or recycling before residual waste is disposed of.
This reuse-first approach helps clear the space while giving suitable items a more useful route.
03
WEEE-aware IT and registered waste handling
IT equipment is handled through an appropriate WEEE-aware route, with data requirements agreed separately from ordinary waste collection. The service operates through the required Environment Agency waste-carrier arrangements for accepted domestic and commercial loads.
Drivers operate with Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance for the agreed service. Any paperwork or disposal-record requirements should be identified before collection.
04
Plan the load and declare restricted items
Photographs, an inventory or a site survey help establish volume, access, vehicle size and crew required. Early notice makes it easier to reserve the right capacity, including larger multi-person teams where the job calls for them.
Paint, chemicals, gas cylinders, asbestos, batteries and other hazardous or restricted materials must be declared before booking because they may need a specialist route or may not be accepted.
